1. On‑Site Technical Management

• Supervise, guide, and manage daily construction activities.
• Conduct setting‑out, site levelling, and determine elevations (initial surveying tasks).
• Resolve day‑to‑day technical issues on site and provide engineering solutions.

2. Coordination & Communication

• Act as the main point of contact between subcontractors, suppliers, project managers, design consultants, and clients.
• Lead technical meetings and manage site documentation (RFI – Request for Information, TQ – Technical Queries, etc.).

3. Quality Control & HSE (Health, Safety, Environment)

• Perform quality checks and maintain QC checklists.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, drawings, and relevant standards.
• Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

4. Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Review drawing logs and establish material, manpower, and equipment requirements.
• Track material delivery to ensure timely availability.
• Prepare and submit daily / weekly progress reports.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
