Site Engineer – Road & Infrastructure

• Supervise and execute road and infrastructure works at site
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, surveyors, and site teams
• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Handle asphalt works including subgrade, subbase, road base, binder course, and wearing course
• Monitor project progress, manpower, machinery, and materials
• Prepare daily reports, progress reports, and site documentation
• Ensure compliance with ADM standards, HSE requirements, and QA/QC procedures
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and authorities
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
• Manage site activities to achieve project targets and deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 4 years UAE experience in road & infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of:ADM specifications and standards
• Asphalt and pavement works
• Infrastructure utilities
• Road construction procedures
• Quality control and site supervision
• UAE Driving License preferred
• Ability to manage site independently
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Immediate joining preferred
