Site Engineer (Saudi National) – Mechanical

About the Role

We are seeking a Saudi National Site Engineer (Mechanical) to join our team and support ongoing projects. The role requires a motivated individual with a strong mechanical engineering background to oversee site activities, ensure quality standards, and coordinate effectively with project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage mechanical works at the project site.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
• Review drawings and technical documents, and provide guidance to contractors and technicians.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor project progress, prepare site reports, and highlight any delays or challenges.
• Support project handover processes and ensure as-built documentation is in place.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Saudi National (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant site experience in construction or contracting companies.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, etc.).
• Familiarity with project management processes and construction standards.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
