Site Engineer / Site Supervisor

Position: Site Engineer
Location: Project Sites
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities
• Ensure work execution as per drawings and specifications
• Manage labour, subcontractors, and material usage
• Maintain site quality and safety standards
• Coordinate with Project Engineer and office team
• Maintain site records, DPRs, and measurements
• Report issues, delays, and requirements proactively
• Ensure timely completion of assigned work

Required Skills & Attitude:

• Strong site presence and supervision skills
• Good communication with labour and seniors
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility
• Responsive and proactive attitude
• Ability to work in rural and remote sites

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
