Site Engineer – Sports Infrastructure Projects

Stark Sports Solutions specializes in building world-class sports courts and infrastructure across India. From football turfs to tennis, basketball, and multi-sport courts, we deliver high-quality construction for schools, academies, and real estate developers.

We currently have multiple active project sites and are looking for a responsible Site Engineer to manage execution and quality on ground.

Your Role

You will be responsible for site supervision, coordination, and quality control across our sports construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and ensure work as per drawings & specs
• Supervise contractors and workers on-site
• Coordinate with vendors, material suppliers & internal teams
• Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain quality standards in flooring, civil work & finishing
• Conduct site inspections and report progress
• Ensure safety standards are followed
• Resolve on-site issues and technical challenges
• Manage multiple sites if required

Requirements

• Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 1–4 years of site execution experience
• Experience in flooring, RCC, or sports infrastructure is a plus
• Strong site coordination & problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel to project locations
• Good communication & reporting skills
• Ability to handle pressure and deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,006.87 - ₹25,000.00 per month
