Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer – Steel Structures to supervise and coordinate steel structure works, review drawings, ensure compliance with quality standards, and manage resources effectively. This role requires hands-on steel construction experience and strong technical knowledge to bridge design and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret Structural GA drawings, shop drawings, and connection details
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between drawings and site conditions
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders on technical matters
• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Manage manpower, materials, and schedules related to steel structure works
• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and site updates
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on steel structure experience
• Strong knowledge of steel construction and erection practices
• Familiarity with steel design codes (AISC, Eurocode, or equivalent)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and project coordination tools
• Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
