Site Engineer (With Driving License)

Position: Site Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Industry: Construction / MEP / Fit-Out
Requirement: UAE Driving License & Own Car Mandatory

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Site Engineer to oversee and manage site activities, coordinate with teams, and ensure smooth execution of projects as per company standards and timelines. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple site operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, suppliers, and project management team.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Prepare daily site reports and update management on project status.
• Ensure materials, manpower, and tools are available at site as required.
• Resolve technical and operational issues at site promptly.
• Attend client meetings and coordinate approvals when necessary.
• Ensure work completion within project deadlines and company standards.
• Travel between project sites as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in construction, MEP, or fit-out projects.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Candidate must own a car for site visits and project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of site execution and technical drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
