Job Title: Site Engineer(Finishing) – Main Contractor

Location: Dubai Creek Harbour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer(Finishing) to oversee and manage high-rise building construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervising site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations, while coordinating between consultants, subcontractors, and the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations for high-rise building projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Review drawings, specifications, and ensure work is carried out as per approved plans.
• Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
• Ensure strict adherence to Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE building codes, and project safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to site challenges.
• Ensure materials and equipment are delivered on time and stored properly.
• Oversee subcontractors’ work to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction, with at least 3–5 years in high-rise building projects in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong knowledge of structural works, finishing works, and MEP coordination.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other local authority regulations.
• Proficient in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera is a plus).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
