Site Enginer - Interior Fitout

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee and manage interior fit-out and joinery projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality finishes, timely delivery, and compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site execution of interior fit-out, decoration, and joinery works.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ensure quality control, material checks, and adherence to approved standards and procedures.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and submit to project management.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, and resource allocation.
• Handle site inspections, snag lists, and final handover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
• Liaise with clients and consultants to resolve technical or design-related issues.
• Supervise installation of joinery, gypsum works, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and finishes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of site experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects (commercial, retail, residential, or hospitality sectors).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and interior finishing techniques.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
