Site Execution Engineer / Supervisor

Role Overview

We are looking for a Site Execution Engineer / Supervisor who will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising on-site activities for 3D concrete printing construction projects. The role requires coordination with multiple teams to ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site execution activities as per project plan
• Coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, and site logistics
• Execute work according to approved drawings, layouts, and execution plans
• Monitor 3D concrete printing operations at site
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines
• Maintain project timelines and report progress regularly
• Prepare daily site reports and share updates with office team
• Coordinate with R&D, printer operation, and management teams
• Resolve on-site issues related to execution and workflow

Qualification

• Diploma in Civil Engineering

OR

• ITI (relevant trade with site experience)

Required Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on site execution and supervision experience
• Basic understanding of civil drawings and construction processes
• Ability to manage labor and site activities efficiently
• Strong team coordination and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset and responsibility ownership
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as per project needs

Experience

• 1 to 3 years preferred
• Freshers with strong site knowledge can also apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,889.52 - ₹18,599.91 per month
