Site Foreman

We are a reputable Glass & Aluminium Company based in Dubai seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Glass & Aluminium field.
• Strong supervisory skills to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Ability to guide workers, assign tasks, and ensure timely project completion.
• Knowledge of technical aspects of glass and aluminium works.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations on-site.
• Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Train, guide, and support team members in their tasks.
• Coordinate with management to ensure projects run smoothly.
