Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily jobsite operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of 3–5 field crew members.
  • Oversee jobsite workflow, task delegation, and sequencing of work.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper inventory on-site.
  • Monitor performance, quality, and adherence to project timelines.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.
  • Communicate progress, needs, and jobsite conditions with management.
  • Assist in troubleshooting field issues and supporting production efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in the concrete or construction industry is preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience as a foreman or crew lead.
  • Strong communication and crew coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple jobsite tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to quality and jobsite presentation.
  • A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws.

Schedule

  • Full-Time — Monday to Friday
