Site Foreman

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Abu Dhabi for a Site Foreman. The Site Foreman will oversee and manage construction projects, coordinate with workers and subcontractors, and ensure tasks are completed on time and within quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising daily site activities, managing the use of heavy equipment, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and addressing issues that arise during the project. The Site Foreman will also communicate with clients and project managers to ensure project progress aligns with expectations.

Qualifications

• Specialize in Earth Works and Roads
• At Least 5 years Experience
• Proficiency in Supervisory Skills and effective team management
• Experience in operating Heavy Equipment and ensuring proper maintenance
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with clients and teams effectively
• Knowledge of Carpentry and Maintenance tasks related to construction
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with relevant regulations
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly in a dynamic environment
