Site Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all finishing and renovation activities including painting, plastering, tiling, flooring, ceiling, carpentry, and decorative works.
• Inspect existing structures and identify renovation requirements as per drawings, specifications, and client expectations.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
• Oversee demolition, repair, and reinstallation works ensuring minimal disruption to existing structures.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with approved materials, methods, and safety standards.
• Coordinate closely with engineers, designers, and clients to resolve site issues and implement changes effectively.
• Maintain daily work progress reports, manpower allocation, and material usage records.
• Ensure timely completion of renovation works according to project schedules.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in renovation and finishing works.
• Villa Experience is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of renovation processes, materials, and interior finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and execute as per specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering or Construction (preferred).
• Valid UAE driving license (advantageous).
• Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
