Job Title: Civil Site Foreman (Residential / Villas)

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Site Foreman to manage day-to-day construction activities for residential and villa projects in Dubai. The Foreman will supervise labour teams, maintain quality standards, and ensure smooth daily site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil works including structural, blockwork, concrete, plastering, and basic finishing activities.
• Manage labour teams on site, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project timelines.
• Ensure all work complies with construction drawings, specifications, and Dubai municipal standards.
• Enforce site safety rules and monitor safe work practices and PPE usage at all times.
• Coordinate with the project engineer/manager, suppliers, and subcontractors for materials and work schedules.
• Track material usage, prevent wastage, and report requirements or shortages.
• Maintain daily site documentation including progress reports, labour attendance, and activity records.
• Conduct routine inspections of completed work and ensure rectification of defects.
• Assist with snag lists, handover preparations, and quality checks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of site foreman experience in Dubai/UAE, preferably in villa or residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and understand basic drawings and site instructions.
• Good leadership and team-coordination abilities.
• Proficient in English and Urdu or Hindi (both required for effective site communication).
• Additional language proficiency (Arabic, Malayalam, Tamil, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
