Site Civil Foreman

• Qualifications: Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology is preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5–8 years in civil construction, with at least 3–5 years of specific UAE/Dubai experience.
• Proven background in structural works (excavation, rebar, formwork, concreting) and finishing (tiling, masonry, plastering).
• Core Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily site activities as per approved drawings, method statements, and project timelines.
• Manage manpower, subcontractors, and material allocation to ensure high productivity.
• Maintain strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and Dubai Municipality (DM) or RTA site requirements.
• Prepare daily site reports, manpower logs, and material requests.

Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret complex construction blueprints and shop drawings.

• Languages: Fluent English is essential; knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is highly preferred for managing multicultural labor teams.
• Driver's License: A valid UAE Driving License is frequently mandatory for traveling between multiple project sites.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities under project pressure.
