Site Foreman

Supervise Workers:
- Manage and oversee the daily activities of construction crews.
- Assign tasks to workers based on project plans and timelines.
Coordinate Tasks:
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and used correctly.
- Work closely with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to keep the project on schedule.
Read Plans and Drawings:
- Understand construction blueprints and technical drawings.
- Make sure work is carried out as per the designs and specifications.
Monitor Progress:
- Keep track of the project's progress and report updates.
- Identify and resolve issues that could delay work.
Ensure Safety:
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure workers use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Conduct safety briefings and inspections.
Quality Control:
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Make corrections as needed.
- Maintain records of work done, materials used, and attendance on site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• UAE: 1 year (Preferred)
