Site Foreman – Aluminium & Glass / Façade Works

Job Summary:

Al Qassim Aluminium and Glass is looking for an experienced Site Foreman to supervise and coordinate aluminium, glass, and façade installation activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site workers, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, and maintaining quality, safety, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities related to aluminium and glass installations.
• Coordinate and manage installers, fabricators, and site workers.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor site progress and report updates to the Site Engineer and Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site resources.
• Resolve site issues and support smooth project execution.
• Maintain quality standards throughout installation works.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in aluminium, glass, and façade works.
• Strong knowledge of curtain walls, doors, windows, cladding, and glazing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred:

• UAE Driving License.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
