Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Site Foreman to supervise and manage our façade cleaning, rope access, and deep cleaning teams. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on-site cleaning crews, including façade and rope access teams.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and assign tasks based on project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, risk assessments, and work permits.
• Monitor work progress and report updates to management.
• Act as the main point of contact between site teams and office management.
• Ensure quality standards are met for façade and deep cleaning services.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or foreman role within facility management or cleaning services.
• Practical knowledge of façade cleaning and rope access operations (preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and work under pressure.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
