Site Foreman (Fit-Out / Renovation / Interior Design)

About the Role:

We are hiring experienced Site Foremen to oversee day-to-day site operations for fit-out, renovation, and interior projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage teams and subcontractors to ensure high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site activities, workers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth daily operations
• Coordinate and monitor all interior works including carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, flooring, and related tasks
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and project timelines
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate site updates to the Project Manager
• Ensure safety standards and site rules are followed at all times
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment requirements
• Resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid workflow disruptions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in fit-out, renovation, construction, or interior design projects (preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge of interior and MEP-related works
• Ability to lead and manage site staff effectively
• Good communication and coordination skills
• UAE driving license is mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
