Site Foreman - Maintenance / Facility Managemnt

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Site Foreman / Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance activities across our projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supervising site teams, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining work quality in line with project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on-site maintenance works, ensuring tasks are completed according to specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, technicians, and labor teams, assigning tasks and providing clear instructions.
• Conduct routine inspections of work progress and identify any issues requiring corrective action.
• Ensure the availability of required materials, tools, and equipment for smooth daily operations.
• Resolve day-to-day site challenges promptly and escalate major issues to the Site/Project Engineer.
• Monitor and enforce company HSE & Quality standards, ensuring safe work practices at all times.
• Report any safety violations and support corrective measures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in preparing daily progress reports, manpower logs, and site documentation for submission to the Project Engineer/Manager.
• Oversee protective and preparatory measures before and during all maintenance activities.
• Guide and supervise workers to ensure high productivity, adherence to instructions, and safe execution of tasks.
• Coordinate site inspections with the Project Engineer and ensure work is ready for client/consultant checks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience working as a Site Foreman / Supervisor in Maintenance or Facilities Management.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance works such as civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or general building maintenance.
• Ability to read and understand basic drawings and work instructions.
• Good understanding of UAE safety standards and HSE requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Facility Management: 3 years (Preferred)
• UAE Civil Maintenance : 3 years (Preferred)
