Job Description

We are a Dubai-based interior fit-out and renovation company looking for an experienced Site Foreman / Site Supervisor to manage and supervise interior fit-out projects at site level.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on site experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage manpower, materials, and quality on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out works
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site labor
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and approved materials
• Monitor site progress and report daily to the project manager
• Coordinate with MEP, carpentry, gypsum, painting, tiling, and finishing teams
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and proper workmanship
• Arrange materials and tools required for daily site activities
• Attend site meetings and handle client/consultant instructions
• Ensure project timelines are met

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Foreman / Site Supervisor in interior fit-out or renovation projects in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of interior works (gypsum, carpentry, tiling, painting, MEP coordination)
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Leadership skills to manage site teams
• Basic reporting and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Any visa status accepted (Dependent visa preferred)
