Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution
• Manage labor teams, subcontractors, and site coordination
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, and suppliers
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
• Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Prepare daily progress reports and material requests
• Ensure fit-out works are completed to company standards and client expectations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman, Site Supervisor, or similar role in fit-out/interior projects
• Strong knowledge of fit-out works, joinery, finishes, MEP coordination, and site operations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication skills in English
• UAE experience is mandatory
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
