SITE HELPER

Job Overview

We are a growing construction and fit-out company in Dubai looking for a reliable and hardworking Site Helper. The ideal candidate has basic knowledge of tiling work and general construction tasks, and is willing to support skilled workers on-site to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Preparation & Clean-Up: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite before, during, and after operations
• Material Handling: Assist in loading, unloading, and moving construction materials and supplies
• Tool & Equipment Support: Help maintain tools and equipment and report any damage or issues
• Assist Skilled Workers: Support carpenters, tile setters, and technicians with measuring, cutting, mixing, and installation work
• Basic Tiling Assistance: Assist in tile preparation, carrying tiles, mixing adhesive, and basic tiling tasks as instructed
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety rules and ensure a hazard-free work environment
• Documentation Support: Help with simple records such as material usage when required

Job Requirements

• Physically fit and willing to perform manual labor
• With basic knowledge or experience in tiling work
• General knowledge of construction or fit-out projects (preferred)
• Can follow instructions and work well with a team
• Willing to work on-site in Dubai
• Immediate availability is an advantage

Experience

• Construction Helper: At least 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute / Relocate

• Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Dubai before starting work (Preferred)
