Site Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site execution activities for high-rise residential projects.
  
• Oversee all finishing works including plastering, flooring, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, doors/windows, and external development.
  
• Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely work progress.
  
• Assist the Project Manager/Deputy Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and material management.
  
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to drawings & specifications.
  
• Monitor labour and subcontractor productivity, maintaining discipline and efficiency at site.
  
• Prepare and submit daily progress and work status reports.
  
• Support in resource planning, site inspections, and coordination with MEP & civil teams.
