Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Inspection Officer for MEP works who can conduct site visits, inspect ongoing maintenance and technical works, identify issues, and ensure that all MEP activities are completed properly and safely. The candidate should have practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections for MEP-related works.
• Inspect electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and maintenance activities on-site.
• Identify technical issues and report defects or incomplete work.
• Coordinate with technicians and supervisors regarding ongoing work progress.
• Ensure work is completed according to safety and quality standards.
• Prepare inspection reports and update management on site conditions.
• Verify materials, tools, and workmanship at the site.
• Attend client complaints and inspect technical issues when required.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper closure of maintenance jobs after inspection.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MEP systems.
• Experience in site inspections, maintenance, or facility management preferred.
• Ability to identify technical faults and suggest corrective actions.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple site visits and coordinate with teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil field.
• Previous experience in MEP maintenance or facility management company preferred.
