Site Inspector

Our client is a leading global real estate developer headquartered in Dubai.

The Site Inspector is responsible for monitoring and inspecting all aspects of ongoing Home Services Projects within Community Management Operations. This includes villa external painting, window cleaning, door varnishing, FCU servicing, plumbing, and pest control services. The role requires close coordination with internal departments and appointed service providers to ensure service quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct regular inspections of home services activities (painting, cleaning, varnishing, FCU, plumbing, pest control).
• Ensure appointments are carried out in line with weekly schedules and agreed targets.
• Monitor that all services meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Community Management standards.
• Review and verify cleaning and maintenance schedules; ensure compliance with required standards.
• Track and report on all ongoing activities with daily/weekly updates to management.
• Safeguard common areas, ensuring they are maintained properly and not misused by contractors.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to enforce community rules and contractor compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of job completions and invoice processing.
• Manage inspection workload for:
  50-80 villas per week (painting, varnishing, cleaning).
  400-500 apartments per week (FCU, plumbing, pest control).
