Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Site Inspector to oversee and inspect Marble, Painting, Deep Cleaning, and Air Conditioning (AC) works across multiple project sites in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all works are executed according to quality standards, project specifications, safety requirements, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections for marble installation, painting works, deep cleaning services, and AC maintenance/installation activities.
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with approved standards and specifications.
• Identify defects, snags, and non-conformities, and coordinate corrective actions with site teams.
• Prepare inspection reports, site observations, and progress updates.
• Verify materials and finishes before and after installation.
• Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams regarding site requirements and inspections.
• Monitor health and safety compliance at project sites.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical recommendations when required.
• Conduct final inspections and prepare handover reports upon project completion.
• Maintain photographic records and documentation of ongoing and completed works.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in site inspection, quality control, or supervision of marble, painting, cleaning, or AC works.
• Good understanding of finishing works, surface preparation, marble installation standards, painting applications, and AC systems.
• Ability to identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
• Ability to travel across project sites within Dubai and other Emirates when required.
