Today, we are recruiting for a
Site Logistics Coordinator
to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.
What are my responsibilities?

Ensure consistent and adequate supply of materials required for site production and installation activities.

Coordinate with internal departments to align on delivery goals, timelines, and priorities.

Track delivery volumes, monitor demand trends, and analyze purchasing patterns.

Schedule, coordinate, and oversee the supply and delivery of materials, parts, and assemblies.
-
Create, update, and monitor inventory schedules to maintain stock availability.
-
Maintain a steady flow of materials across different project areas (East of Nile, Depot, West of Nile, North Coast).
-
Coordinate with internal engineering, planning, and site teams, while managing external stakeholder relations.

Expedite and follow up on materials between departments and work locations to avoid delays.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
-
Degree in business, logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 5 years of site experience in a similar logistics/supply chain coordination role.

Solid knowledge of contracts with strong business writing skills.
-
Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
-
Good understanding of construction/manufacturing processes and supply chain workflows.

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
-
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and material management systems.

Experience working in multicultural environments.

English: Professional level required.

Valid driving license and ability to work across various project sites with willingness to travel.
