Location: Private School and Church in Nashville, TN.
Compensation: $25 per hour

Position Summary
The Site Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and functional campus environment. This hands-on position supports both day-to-day maintenance and event setup, requiring a dependable, service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities

Perform basic repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment and building/site components.

Execute tasks such as wall repairs, painting, pressure washing, changing light bulbs, filter changes, and unclogging toilets.

Conduct routine inspections, including fire extinguishers, light tests, emergency lights, lavatories, and plumbing systems.

Respond to maintenance requests from building occupants and input data into the work order system.

Assist with event setups and respond to customer needs.

Support grounds maintenance as required.

Collaborate with coworkers, supervisors, and the public.

Complete daily digital timesheets and work orders using a web-based program
Schedule
-
40 hours per week; Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (including the 30-minute unpaid break)

Must be flexible to work occasional nights, weekends, and overtime for special events
Requirements:
Qualifications and Requirements

A high school diploma or a GED is required
-
Minimum two (2) years of experience in general facility maintenance or related field

Basic knowledge of maintenance trades: plumbing, electrical, and carpentry

Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)

Must pass a TBI background check for work on educational campuses

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs intermittently

Able to bend, twist, reach, and stand for extended periods
