Position Overview
IFSH is seeking a dependable and proactive Site Management Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Director of Site Management in overseeing multiple properties, ensuring operational standards are maintained, and guiding the professional development of Site Managers. You will also assist with employee onboarding, recordkeeping, scheduling training and events, and supporting HR policies and procedures.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 annually

Core Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Provide on-site support when necessary and serve as backup for Site Managers during emergencies such as fire, flooding, or elevator entrapments
• Conduct quarterly property inspections alongside Site Managers to ensure quality and compliance
• Supervise and mentor Site Managers, ensuring clear understanding of responsibilities and providing guidance as needed
• Review and approve timesheets, verify payroll accuracy, and maintain attendance records
• Set quarterly and annual goals with Site Managers to align with company objectives
• Attend key site Board Meetings and review monthly Site Manager reports
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new Site Managers to maintain adequate staffing coverage
• Submit weekly operational reports to the Director of Site Management detailing updates, issues, and successes
• Transition new properties and support Site Managers in learning property requirements, filling in as needed
• Address performance concerns and execute disciplinary actions appropriately

Training & Development

• Prepare and submit reports required by property Boards
• Develop and maintain Operations Manuals for each property
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate technical and safety training sessions in partnership with vendors
• Maintain quarterly performance evaluation schedules for Site Managers and provide constructive feedback

Administrative & Compliance

• Draft and distribute internal communications, emails, memos, and letters
• Assist in preparing and delivering weekly/monthly reports
• Maintain organized digital filing systems in SharePoint and OneDrive
• Update and enforce company policies and procedures
