Role Summary:

The Site Manager will take full ownership of on-site activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of conveyor erection and commissioning. The role demands a proactive leader with strong technical expertise, capable of managing manpower, resources, and subcontractors in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise daily site activities for conveyor erection, mechanical installation, and alignment.
Oversee civil works (foundations, pits, access structures) and structural steel erection.
Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and HSE standards.
Monitor and manage manpower, equipment, and material usage to maximize productivity.
Provide clear reporting and maintain effective communication with project management teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
Minimum 6–14 years of proven experience in site management/supervision, with strong exposure to conveyor installation projects.
Hands-on expertise in civil and steel structural works.

Technical Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of conveyor systems (belt installation, pulleys, drives, idlers, transfer points, etc.).
Strong background in steel erection and civil construction practices.
Familiarity with international construction standards, method statements, and site safety procedures.
