ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Supervise day-to-day site execution work to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
• Monitor the progress of work and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings and safety regulations.
• Handle materials, manpower allocation, and tools on site efficiently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Conduct inspections and tests in coordination with QA/QC and consultants.
• Liaise with the Project Engineer/Manager to resolve technical site issues.
• Raise RFIs, material submittals, and method statements when required.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety guidelines, and environmental standards.
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
• Resolving unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Checking of plans, drawing, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the UAE or GCC.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and municipality regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other site planning tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage time, workforce, and materials under pressure.
• UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).

Knowledge of HSE procedures and construction site safety protocols
