Site Manager
- Must hold a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing high-profile, critical, or sensitive sites within facilities management or operations.
- Responsible for overseeing all facility management services across private or VIP-dedicated sites.
- Ensures confidentiality, strict access control, and adherence to security protocols required for sensitive locations.
- Develops and implements operational plans, KPIs, and performance monitoring aligned with the requirements of special sites.
- Coordinates closely with senior stakeholders, government entities, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Conducts site inspections and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Oversees budgeting and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effective delivery of all facility management services.
- Prepares detailed reports, incident summaries, and operational updates for senior management and VIP stakeholders.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- PMP and Facility Management Professional certifications are an advantage.
- Reporting skills.
- Strong communication skills.
