Job Description: The Site Manager (Administration) will be responsible for managing and supervising all administrative, coordination, and operational support functions at the project site. The role ensures smooth site operations, enforcement of company policies, workforce management coordination, documentation control, and liaison with contractors, vendors, and internal departments. The incumbent will act as the on-site representative of the administration department.

Requirements:
- Preferably retired from Pakistan Army at the rank of Havaldar / Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent documentation and drafting abilities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
