Now Hiring: Site Managers (Full-Time)

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend or on-call duties

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned properties or facilities
• Lead, train, and support on-site staff to ensure high performance
• Coordinate maintenance, repair, and improvement projects
• Address resident and client needs promptly and professionally
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety and quality standards
• Serve as the main point of contact between management and site teams
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service partners
• Manage budgets and control expenses for operational efficiency
• Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with standards

Minimum Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings
• Dependable, adaptable, and collaborative work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in supervision or leadership roles
• Background in facility, property, or operations management
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with reporting systems
• Customer service or hospitality experience
• General knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
