Job Title: Site Manager – Hydro Jetting Operations

Location: Qatar

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager – Hydro Jetting Operations to oversee and manage day-to-day hydro jetting activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of field operations in compliance with company standards, client requirements, and HSE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all hydro jetting operations at site
• Ensure work execution as per approved procedures and project schedules
• Allocate daily tasks to supervisors, operators, and workforce
• Monitor project progress and productivity targets
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and high-pressure operation safety procedures
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce PPE compliance
• Coordinate with Project Manager, QA/QC, Maintenance, and Logistics teams
• Monitor equipment performance and arrange maintenance when required
• Maintain daily site reports, manpower records, and equipment logs
• Support client inspections and site visits
• Ensure proper housekeeping and workforce discipline at site

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 7–12 years of experience in site operations within Oil & Gas projects
• Strong experience in hydro jetting / high-pressure cleaning operations preferred
• Good understanding of HSE practices and site safety regulations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle site coordination and operational planning
• Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in supervising hydro jetting activities in Oil & Gas projects
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and deadlines efficiently
• Candidates currently available in Qatar preferred

Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
