Job Description:
Site Manager II is responsible for the daily and long-term administrative, strategic planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of a qualifying large office (which may include multiple sites). The Site Manager II will manage more than three physicians, more than five employees, and over 10,000 encounters. The operations focus on the provision of safe, efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality patient services.

Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or commensurate experience.
Minimum five (5) years of management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Experience in budgetary and personnel management.
Urology or surgical experience preferred but not essential.
Knowledge, Competencies & Skills:
Proficient knowledge of Medical Terminology.
Superior leadership, problem-solving, team-building, and decision-making skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficient computer software and database skills.
Strong math and analytical skills.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Travel:
Must have the ability & willingness to travel to other sites as necessary within a geographic region.
Job Type: Full-Time
