Now Hiring: On-Call Site Managers
We are seeking dependable and adaptable leaders to provide short-term management support and oversee day-to-day operations at various properties. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy leading teams, solving challenges, and ensuring safe, efficient, and well-maintained sites across multiple locations.

Position Details

• Type: On-Call
• Schedule: Primarily weekdays, with occasional evening or weekend assignments depending on coverage needs

Key Responsibilities

• Provide interim site management and operational oversight as needed
• Supervise property and facility operations while supporting on-site staff
• Foster strong relationships with residents, clients, and team members
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and service standards
• Represent IFSH during inspections, meetings, and site visits
• Coordinate projects and services with vendors and contractors
• Manage budgets responsibly and monitor cost efficiency
• Enforce company policies and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED required
• Able to pass background and drug screenings
• Reliable, flexible, and collaborative

Preferred Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in property, facilities, or operations
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Basic computer literacy and experience with reporting systems
• Background in customer service, hospitality, or maintenance operations
• Familiarity with building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
