Now Hiring: Part-Time Site Managers
We’re seeking dependable, hands-on leaders to join our ʻohana as Part-Time Site Managers. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, leading teams, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently across our client locations.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Schedule: Primarily weekdays, with occasional evening or weekend shifts based on site needs

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist with daily operations at assigned sites
• Perform basic maintenance or light repair tasks as needed
• Respond promptly and professionally to client or tenant inquiries
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards
• Represent IFSH during inspections, meetings, and site visits
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Support budgeting, expense management, and operational efficiency
• Keep accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Serve as the communication link between staff, clients, and management

Minimum Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Minimum age: 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience in property, facility, or maintenance management
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities
• Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar software)
• Experience in customer service, operations, or hospitality
• Familiarity with building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and custodial services
