We are leading a confidential search for a Senior Site Manager to oversee maintenance and contractor operations at a globally recognized integrated refinery and petrochemical complex.

Scope:

• Full maintenance oversight across assigned plant areas
• Drive reliability and maintenance KPIs
• Ensure strict HSE compliance
• Govern contractor performance, claims & commercial controls
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in complex industrial environments

Profile:

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or Chemical)
• 15+ years in refinery/petrochemical maintenance
• Strong expertise in reliability, integrity systems, shutdowns/turnarounds
• Experience with CMMS & RCM
• Proven leadership and commercial governance experience

Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – strategic industrial hub near the Red Sea, approx. 2 hours from Jeddah.

Pay: ﷼40,000.00 - ﷼50,000.00 per month
