Site Manager/Site Engineer (Solar EPC/Power Sector)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Site Engineer to oversee on-site execution of solar PV installations (Ground-mounted). The role involves managing construction activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and supporting commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

● Supervise daily site activities and ensure timely execution as per design and schedule

● Coordinate with EPC, electrical, and civil teams for smooth workflow

● Inspect installation of modules, inverters, structures, cabling, and other components

● Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control standards

● Maintain site documentation, progress reports, and checklists

● Assist in system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting

● Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Requirements:
● Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
● 3–5 years of experience in solar Ground Mounted EPC projects preferred
● Knowledge of PV systems, electrical connections, and construction practices
● Strong problem-solving and communication skills
● Willingness to travel and stay at project sites

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
