Experience: 2–3 Years (relevant site execution experience)
ROLE PURPOSE
The Site Manager / Site Supervisor is responsible for end-to-end site execution, ensuring that all signage, facade, interior and branding works are executed safely, accurately, on time and as per approved drawings.
This role owns on-site coordination, quality control, safety compliance, and installation execution across civil, structural, electrical and finishing works.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Site Execution & Supervision
- Execute projects related to:
- Signages (ACP, Acrylic, SS letters, LED signage, light boxes)
- Facades (ACP cladding, glazing, architectural panels)
- Interior works (branding elements, partitions, feature walls)
- Large-format printing installations (vinyl, wallpapers, graphics)
- Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, BOQs and specifications.
2. Civil, Structural & Installation Works
- Supervise and coordinate:
- Civil works (foundations, fixing supports, surface preparation)
- Structural works (MS frames, trusses, supports, anchoring)
- ACP cladding systems & glazing installations
- Interior finishing and fit-out works
- Ensure structural stability, alignment, and finishing quality.
3. Electrical & LED Works
- Oversee electrical works related to:
- LED signages
- LED screens
- Power supply, earthing, wiring & load calculations
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and local norms.
4. Safety, Compliance & Risk Management
- Enforce site safety norms including:
- PPE usage
- Working at height protocols
- Electrical safety
- Material handling and lifting safety
- Ensure compliance with client safety guidelines and statutory regulations
- Prevent accidents, near-misses and unsafe practices
5. Quality Control & Inspection
- Conduct daily site inspections and quality checks
- Ensure:
- Correct materials are used
- Proper installation techniques are followed
- Finishing quality meets company standards
- Identify and rectify defects immediately to avoid rework
6. Coordination & Communication
- Act as the single point of contact at site between:
- Operations Manager
- Design team
- Vendors & contractors
- Client site representatives
- Coordinate work schedules, access permissions and installation sequences
7. Material & Manpower Management
- Plan and monitor:
- Material receipt, storage and usage
- Labour deployment and productivity
- Report shortages, damages or wastage immediately
8. Drawings, Measurements & Reporting
- Verify site measurements before execution
- Cross-check drawings with actual site conditions
- Maintain daily site reports including:
- Progress status
- Manpower deployed
- Materials used
- Safety observations
- Issues & escalations
9. Issue Resolution & Escalation
- Identify site-level risks, clashes or delays
- Resolve issues within authority
- Escalate major concerns to Operations Manager with clear solutions
MANDATORY TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in:
- Civil & structural execution
- Signage installations
- ACP cladding & glazing
- Interior works & finishing
- Electrical & LED signage works
- Strong understanding of:
- Installation drawings
- Site safety norms
- Structural anchoring methods
- Electrical safety and earthing standards
ACCOUNTABILITY & PERFORMANCE METRICS
- Timely completion of site activities
- Zero major safety violations
- Minimum rework and material wastage
- Quality of finishing and installation accuracy
- Client and consultant feedback
- Site documentation accuracy

The Site Manager / Site Supervisor is expected to own the site, enforce discipline, ensure safety, and deliver quality without excuses.
