1. Site & Labor Coordination
- Manage and allocate site laborers to different projects based on daily requirements.
- Maintain records of labor attendance, allocation, and overtime (OT).
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to ensure adequate manpower at each project.
- Monitor worker discipline, productivity, and adherence to safety standards.
- Arrange replacement or additional workers in case of urgent site needs.
2. Transportation & Logistics
- Organize daily transportation of workers between accommodation and project sites.
- Manage and schedule company vehicles and drivers for materials and staff movement.
- Coordinate deliveries between warehouse, suppliers, and sites to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel, and maintenance schedules.
3. Store, Tools & Equipment Management
- Oversee the company’s central store and ensure proper handling of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain an updated inventory of all tools, equipment, and consumables.
- Issue and track tools and materials provided to each site and ensure their return in good condition.
- Coordinate with procurement for replenishment or repair of damaged/lost tools and materials.
- Maintain store records, delivery notes, and tool issuance logs.
4. Administrative & Reporting
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on labor allocation, overtime, and site activities.
- Maintain records related to transportation, tool movement, and site support.
- Submit attendance and OT details to the HR/Accounts department for payroll processing.
- Support the operations and project teams with documentation, filing, and site coordination tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in fit-out/interior contracting or construction operations.
- Strong knowledge of labor, site operations, store, and equipment management.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and report preparation.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and manage day-to-day operational challenges.
- Valid UAE Driving License – mandatory.
