Job Summary

We are seeking a Site Quality Engineer to ensure that all site activities are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role involves inspections, documentation, and coordination with project teams to maintain high quality at site.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor quality control procedures at project sites
• Inspect civil / electrical works as per approved drawings and standards
• Prepare and maintain ITPs, checklists, inspection reports, and QA/QC documents
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants for quality compliance
• Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions (NCR/CAPA)
• Ensure material inspections and maintain material test records
• Support internal and external quality audits
• Ensure compliance with ISO / project quality requirements

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and site quality control
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Qualification

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Electrical Engineering

Experience

• 2 to 6 years experience as a Site Quality Engineer
• Experience in solar plants, substations, transmission, or infrastructure projects preferred

Salary

• As per industry standards, based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
