Site Quantity Surveyor

Site Quantity Surveyor will be responsible to deliver the Task allotted. He/ she will be responsible to practice the best way of service delivery and Cost Management practice.

Key Responsibilities

Support Lead Cost Manager in delivering the task within agreed timelines and desired quality.

Assist in Quantification and BOQ preparation with clear understanding in various modes of measurement majorly for Turn-Key fit-Out Projects.

Support Lead Cost Manage in estimating and cost planning activities to include taking ownership tasks assigned.

Read and understand the Design Documents and Drawings to capture and the scope accurately.

Populate RFI for clarification with design team

Assist in procurement process, including producing the tender list and compiling the contractual documents etc.

Issue RFQ to vendors and get the competitive commercial proposals.

Assisting in post contract variation management.

Assisting in making cost checks, carrying out valuations and Payment certifications and in all cases ensuring that timely and accurate cost checking and valuation process.

Assist in preparation of post contract cost reports.

Assisting in preparation of Final Commercial Close-out reports.

Qualifications & Work Experience

Education – Diploma/ B.E in Civil or Electrical/ Mechanical engineering

Minimum 5+ years experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management.

Pay: ₹35,633.83 - ₹39,466.68 per month
