Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Associate SRE to drive Site Reliability Engineering practices, focusing on service stability, scalability, and performance across global production infrastructure.
This role will work closely with cross-regional teams to reduce MTTR, improve service resilience, and implement automation and monitoring solutions during APAC hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high availability, stability, and performance of services.
- Lead incident recovery and problem management to reduce downtime.
- Drive automation for infra provisioning and proactive monitoring.
- Implement SRE best practices like SLI/SLO/SLAs and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with teams on security, compliance, and service governance.
- Improve ITSM practices: Knowledge base, Runbooks, and documentation.
- Address technical debt and enhance service reliability across IPE.
Mandatory Skills:
- SRE Practices – SLIs, SLOs, MTTR, TOIL elimination.
- Monitoring Tools – Datadog, ITRS, or similar observability tools.
- Incident & Problem Management – ITIL Foundation certification (must).
- Automation & Scripting – Python, Shell, or equivalent for infra provisioning.
- Linux Fundamentals – Inodes, file systems, process management.
- Capacity Planning and performance tuning.
- Chaos Engineering and resiliency testing (basic knowledge).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
