Site Representative (Site Rep)

The Site Representative (Site Rep) is a live-in role at 2Life Communities, where the employee resides on-site in a provided apartment and serves as a key point of contact during designated on-call hours. This role plays an important part in supporting resident safety, comfort, and overall community well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled security rounds of the building and surrounding grounds
• Remain on-call during assigned hours to respond to emergencies and resident needs
• Provide timely, professional assistance to residents as situations arise
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs of time worked and activities performed during on-call shifts

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation for this role is based on duties performed during on-call hours and includes:

• A provided on-site apartment
• Utilities included
• Basic telephone and cable services
• $100 biweekly stipend
• Legally required benefits, including sick time and Paid Family & Medical Leave

Please note: Selected candidates will be required to sign a Site Representative and License Agreement.
