We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Site Sales Head to lead the sales of Commercial & Industrial Units at our real estate project in Ambernath, Thane. The role involves managing both sourcing and closing teams, driving sales performance, and ensuring seamless coordination between marketing, lead generation, and deal closures. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer experience at the site.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.
- Monitor and optimize the end-to-end sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to final booking.
2. Team Management:
- Lead and manage the Sourcing Team (responsible for lead generation and channel partner engagement).
- Oversee the Closing Team (responsible for lead nurturing, negotiations, and deal closures).
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and handle escalations when necessary.
- Foster relationships with prospective buyers through site visits, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for resolutions.
4. Channel Partner & Broker Network:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with brokers, channel partners, and agencies to boost sales.
- Conduct broker meets, training sessions, and incentive programs to drive engagement.
5. Marketing & Promotions Coordination:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and events.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and conversion trends to optimize marketing efforts.
- Ensure proper branding and visibility of the project at the site.
6. Reporting & Analytics:
- Maintain and analyze sales reports, conversion ratios, and market trends.
- Provide regular updates to the VP – Sales on sales performance and projections.
- Identify gaps and recommend strategies for improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: 10 - 12 years in real estate sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role specifically selling Industrial units & Commercial Retail.
- Education: MBA/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market in Thane/Mumbai region.
- Relationship-building skills with customers and channel partners.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
