Site Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
• Knowledge of procurement of construction material its quality & quantity and proper storage & accounting process.
• Should have idea of quality of construction materials, various types of tests to be conducted.
• Should have hiring knowledge of manpower, tools and its proper deployment as per site/activity requirement.
• Should have idea of resolving the conflicts between working staffs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Minimum Requirements

• 1-5 Yrs. Experience in Road Construction. (Rigid & Flexible Pavement work)
• Diploma in civil Engineering/ Science Graduate from a recognized intuition.
• Experience of preparation of embankment, Subgrade and laying of GSB and WMM layer.
• Experience of laying of Bituminous work & Cement Concrete mix over Sub-Base surface of road
• Knowledge of Monitoring of Quality & Quantity of Materials procured at site and Man power & Machineries mobilized at site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
